The Journal of Biological Control published Quarterly, is an exclusive journal in India devoted to the science of Biological control. The journal publishes original research articles on all aspects relating to biological control of pests (insect pests, mites, pathogens, vertebrates and weeds) of crop plants and animal diseases. On the occasion of its 50 years completion, the Bulletin of Botanical Survey of India has been renamed as NELUMBO. Nelumbo primarily publishes the results of taxonomic research. It is open to researchers in India and abroad working in Plant taxonomy, biosystematics, ethno- and economic botany, phytogeography, endemism and studies related to recognise and conservation of IUCN red listed plant categories. Original articles, critical reviews and short communications are usually considered for publication.
